• Project configuration (URLs, scan settings, branding).
• Scan output (page snapshots, screenshots, accessibility findings).
• Usage events for plan limit enforcement.
• Hashed IP addresses for free-scan rate limiting.

2. How we use information

• To run scans you request.
• To deliver reports and email summaries.
• To enforce plan limits.
• To prevent abuse of the free scanner.

3. Data sharing

We use Stripe for billing, Supabase for hosting, OpenAI for optional AI remediation suggestions, and Resend for transactional email. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Scan results are retained for the lifetime of your account. You can delete a project at any time. Free-scan results are kept for 90 days unless you save them to an account.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@remediatekit.com.
