1. Service description

RemediateKit is a software-as-a-service product that scans websites for accessibility issues and provides remediation guidance, monitoring, and reporting features. Use of the service is subject to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• You may only scan websites you own or are explicitly authorized to scan.
• You may not use RemediateKit to attack, overload, or otherwise disrupt third-party systems.
• You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or RLS controls.

3. No legal guarantee

RemediateKit produces automated findings and remediation guidance. It is not legal advice. It does not certify compliance. Use the output as evidence of remediation effort, not as a compliance attestation.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time through Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time.

6. Liability

RemediateKit is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
